Mission Healthcare is looking for critical thinkers to join our Accounts Payable team!

As the Accounts Payable Coordinator, you will be responsible for processing invoices for companies under the Mission family.

Compensation starting at $24/hour, DOE, open to discussion!

Duties

Maintain all current invoices and ensures proper approval prior to processing.

Process invoices, track approvals and maintain vendor records in Concur.

Responsible for scanning accounting documents and importing into accounting software.

Preferences

Intermediate Excel skills (vLookups, pivot tables) required.

Working knowledge of accounting principles including accruals and month end close is preferred.

Ability to write and speak proper English to communicate with inside and outside customers.
