Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team in Jakarta, Indonesia.

As a Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial operations of our organization, providing strategic financial guidance, and ensuring compliance with local and international financial regulations.

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives
• Manage the preparation of financial statements, reports, and forecasts
• Oversee budgeting processes and provide variance analysis
• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals
• Implement and maintain robust internal controls and financiais systems
• Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and identify areas for improvement
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian financial regulations and tax laws
• Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions
• Identify and mitigate financial risks to the organization
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in finance or accounting, with a proven track record in financial management
• Must be bi-lingual in English and Indonesian Language
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing a team
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
• Advanced knowledge of financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle Financials) and Excel
• Solid understanding of risk management principles and practices
• In-depth knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and tax laws
• Familiarity with international financial reporting standards (IFRS)
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
