IT/OT Technical Lead

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and talented IT/OT Technical Lead to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Design and maintain backup and recovery operations for OT and lab systems, ensuring quick and disaster recovery readiness.

• Ensure full GxP and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance across all data integrity and backup activities.

• Implement encryption, access control, and disaster recovery procedures to secure critical data.

• Develop SOPs, maintain validation and audit documentation, and support regulatory inspections.

• Collaborate cross-functionally and lead Industry 4.0 & IoT implementation initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience (Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Medical Device) preferred in a GxP-regulated environment. 

• Experience with backup software (e.g., Veeam, Acronis) and system imaging tools. 

• Familiarity with OT systems (PLC, SCADA, HMI) and laboratory data systems. 

• GxP pharma/life sciences experience as a must. 

• Previous experience with Industry 4 implementations and launched projects.
