We’re looking for a Marketing Graphic Designer who can create clean, conversion-focused visuals across ads, landing pages, and brand collateral. You’ll collaborate closely with media buyers, strategists, and creative leads to produce high-impact visuals for direct-to-consumer brands. If you think systematically, track performance signals, and know how to adapt across brand styles, this role will fit you well.

What You’ll Work On

High-Conversion Performance Design

  • Create high-volume, high-quality ad creatives for Meta and other social platforms
  • Design visuals tailored to full-funnel strategy including TOF, MOF, and BOF content
  • Translate hooks, value props, and calls to action into clear and effective visual hierarchy
  • Execute clean layout and typography optimized for mobile-first consumption

Creative Production and Variation Testing

  • Build multiple variations for rapid testing and iteration
  • Repurpose assets into static, animated, or alternate aspect ratios
  • Maintain organized files, systems, and component libraries inside Figma
  • Work closely with media buyers to incorporate data signals like CTR, ROAS, and CPM into creative iterations

Brand and Visual Systems

  • Create brand-consistent visuals for ads, landing pages, email graphics, and product imagery
  • Support identity expansion through consistent layout, color, and typography decisions
  • Develop design systems that enable faster, scalable production

Collaboration and Workflow

  • Partner with strategists, copywriters, and media buyers to align creative output with campaign goals
  • Participate in brainstorms, visual exploration, and ideation
  • Communicate progress, timelines, and blockers clearly

What You Bring

  • 2 or more years of graphic design experience, ideally in DTC e-commerce (agency or in-house)
  • Mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, composition, and mobile-first design
  • Comfort working in data-driven creative environments
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with quick turnarounds
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to interpret creative direction accurately

Nice to Have

  • Basic to intermediate motion graphics literacy; ability to design assets “ready for animation” or build simple GIFs
  • Copywriting intuition; ability to tighten or refine headlines for clarity and punch
  • Experience designing landing pages or advertorial-style layouts
  • Familiarity with AI tools for image generation and cleanup; interest in improving prompting skills
  • Ability to monitor creative trends using tools like Meta Ad Library or Foreplay.co
