Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Portuguese via email, phone, and chat
• Assist content creators with platform-related questions and concerns
• Document client interactions and solutions accurately in our system
• Collaborate with the product team to address client concerns
• Provide guidance on effective utilization of our platform for content creation
• Engage in ongoing training to stay informed about updates and new features

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal
• Experience in customer support, particularly in the online or creative sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• A proactive approach to customer satisfaction
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a dynamic environment
