As Product Manager, you will support the development and integration of advanced climate products. You will apply project-management skills, customer focus and technical market insight to create robust product plans, strengthen team knowledge and drive product introductions with enthusiasm and structure.

You are both strategist and executor — capable of shaping the bigger vision while managing every detail that ensures successful delivery. Your work will help transform the way people experience comfort, connectivity, and energy efficiency in their daily environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage product plans for sustainable climate solutions.
  • Coordinate internally to ensure smooth product introductions and implementations.
  • Support the product life cycle from planning to market launch.
  • Analyse product performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

    • Your Profile

  • Technical bachelor’s degree or equivalent by experience.
  • Fluent in Dutch and French; good command of English is an advantage.
  • Proficiency with Excel and project-management tools.
  • Experience with product launches and process optimisation.
  • Solution-oriented mindset and ability to adapt to change.
