The Role

As our PSP Accountant, you will play a crucial role in managing and reconciling payment service provider (PSP) activity while supporting the broader finance function. You will ensure accuracy across PSP reconciliations, revenue reporting, accounts payable/receivable, and monthly closing processes.

This role requires exceptional attention to detail, a strong understanding of PSP processes, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced iGaming environment.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of post-qualification experience, preferably from the gaming industry.
  • Strong knowledge of PSP account reconciliations and payment processes.
  • Knowledge of Cypriot and Curaçao GAAP/company law would be advantageous.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Excellent command of Excel.
  • Experience with accounting software/packages.
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in English (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

  • Preparation of PSP reconciliations.
  • Management of day-to-day finances including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and revenue reconciliations.
  • Monthly accrual preparation and posting for month-end closing.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts, supporting schedules, and management information.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Responsible for tax and statutory returns.
  • Participate operationally in the finance department.
  • Various ad hoc duties as required.
