This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured outreach, understands how to speak to MarTech buyers, and can operate confidently without hopping on sales calls.
You’ll handle a mix of list building, messaging, CRM setup, and pipeline management — ensuring prospects move through the funnel smoothly and the sales engine keeps running with consistency.
If you’re organized, metrics-driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with clear expectations, this role will fit you well.

- Opportunity to influence and build the sales process from scratch
- Direct impact on lead generation and revenue pipeline
- Access to premium tools including CRM platforms and LinkedIn automation

- Lead the migration from Google Sheets into a structured CRM system
- Build pipelines, workflows, automations, and reporting dashboards
- Maintain clean, organized, deduplicated contact records

- Track performance and optimize messaging based on response data
- Collaborate with leadership to refine ICPs, segments, and targeting
Performance Tracking and Reporting
- Maintain accurate CRM activity logs and outreach metrics
- Report regularly on volume, reply rates, meetings booked, and pipeline created
- Surface insights regarding objections, messaging patterns, or lead quality
Process Improvement and Experimentation
- Test new outreach angles, list-building techniques, and LinkedIn strategies
- Recommend new tools or systems that improve speed or accuracy
- Document repeatable processes as the team scales
What You Bring
- 2 to 4 years of SDR or outbound-focused sales experience
- Strong background selling into MarTech or adjacent tech industries
- Hands-on experience setting up CRMs (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Close, or similar)
- Ability to manage CRM migration from spreadsheets to a structured system
- Excellent written communication — daily messaging is core to the role
- Comfortable working without live phone calls, relying on asynchronous outreach
- Highly organized, consistent, and metrics-oriented
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with LinkedIn automation tools (Waalaxy, Apollo, Sales Navigator)
- Familiarity with outbound playbooks or multi-touch sequence frameworks
- Understanding of marketing funnels, attribution, or MarTech stacks
