KAYAK is looking for a Senior Analyst to join our Enterprise Systems team in Vilnius!

This role will be required to work from our Vilnius office at least 3 days per week.


In this role, you will:

  • Own end-to-end global support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of finance applications (mainly AP & payments). Triage global incidents, drive resolution, and reduce repeat issues through root-cause analysis.

  • Participate and lead on system integration design, maintenance, and monitoring. Ensure data integrity feed and reconciliation.

  • Strong partnership with international teams including BizOps, Accounting, Treasury, Legal, IT, and system vendors partner to prioritize, scope, and deliver system changes, process improvements, and compliance requests.

  • Manage ticketing lifecycle and escalation in Freshservice/Jira: prioritize, assign, specs document creation, and produce roadmap items for technical debt and feature requests.

  • Define and enforce SOX-compliant access controls and provisioning across all finance systems; perform user admin, role design, periodic access reviews, and support audit activities.

  • Design, build and maintain accurate, well-documented financial reports and dashboards for accounting and department heads; translate business requirements into scalable reporting solutions.

  • Participate and lead QA and testing for releases, patches, and integrations; own test plans, regression suites, and sign-off criteria with a SOX-first mentality.

  • Create and maintain system/process documentation and training materials; deliver regular user training and coach power users across time zones.

Please apply if you have:

  • A bachelor’s or higher degree in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.

  • Strong technical competency: working knowledge of integrations (APIs, SFTP), data reconciliation, Excel/Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivot tables).

  • Hands-on experience in supporting payment systems, syncs, and reconciliation processes.

  • Experience in finance systems, accounting, or finance operations;

  • Proven SOX/compliance experience: access controls, audit support, control design, and remediation.

  • Certification of CPA, CISA, CFA, or similar is a plus.

  • Experience with NetSuite and SoftCo is a plus; practical familiarity with Jira.

  • Track record of leading company widel projects and delivering measurable improvements to stability, controls, or efficiency.

  • Progressive ownership and leadership in systems analysis and product ownership roles.

  • Excellent collaboration and English communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior finance and cross-functional leaders.

  • Proactive, collaborative, detail-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.

Compensation:

Senior Analyst salary consists of two elements:

Base pay: from 3760 EUR up to 4330 EUR gross monthly.
In addition: significant yearly bonus.
