The Opportunity: We're seeking an experienced Sr. DevOps Engineer to join our growing team and help us scale our infrastructure to meet the demands of the rapidly evolving financial markets. This is a 100% remote position where you'll have direct impact on systems processing millions of trades with zero margin for error.

What You'll Work With:
- AWS cloud infrastructure at scale
- Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
- Comprehensive observability stack with Grafana and Prometheus
- Real-time monitoring and alerting for mission-critical trading systems
- Automated deployment pipelines and CI/CD workflows
- High-performance, low-latency systems
What We're Looking For:
- Deep expertise in AWS services and architecture
- Strong Infrastructure as Code experience with Terraform
- Hands-on experience with Grafana and Prometheus for monitoring and observability
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash, or similar)
- Experience building dashboards and setting up alerting for complex distributed systems
- Understanding of metrics, logging, and tracing best practices
- Experience with containerization and orchestration
- Security best practices in financial services
