As we re-imagining the way shopping experience will be transformed to with engaging videos, AI-assisted search, and rich, trustworthy conversations before every deal, this Senior Product Manager opportunity will help us lead the charge to re-imagining how millions of Vietnamese discover, evaluate, and transact every day.

What you’ll do

• Champion the voice of the user, understand their job to be done and realize Chotot buyer and seller’s experience that fulfills that job delightfully: conduct interviews, shadowing, usability tests, and fast in-app experiments to surface real buyer and seller needs.

• Pair qualitative insights with hard data insights from Google Analytics, Looker, and BigQuery to propose a compelling product solution, quarterly OKRs, and a focused roadmap to deliver to our users.

• You will drive a bold vertical vision for Property and Jobs, delivering tailored experiences for each community—empowering property and job seekers find and decide faster and more easily, while enabling agents and recruiters to connect with high-quality leads efficiently.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across product, engineering, design, marketing, and business, creating clear alignment on goals, priorities, and trade-offs, and closing feedback loops in a timely way.

Qualifications

Must-have qualifications

• 5+ years of product-management experience in consumer or marketplace products.

• Mastery of customer-development techniques; you turn user stories into validated opportunities.

• Proven problem solver and ownership to rally teams, hack constraints, and can dive deep with detailed work to deliver value quickly.

• Strong analytical skills in experiments design, funnel and cohort analysis, able to be hands-on with Google Analytics (GA4), SQL/BigQuery, or similar.

• Strong collaboration and communication skills; fluent in Vietnamese and English, written and spoken, and able to tailor messages to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Plus:

• Hands-on experience with job search/apply flows or property marketplace features.​

  Experience applying ML/AI to search, recommendations, or personalization in vertical marketplaces.
