Danish Speaking Customer Service for Finance industry

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated Danish Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team within the Finance industry. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional support to our Danish-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to financial products and services.

Your fluency in Danish will be crucial as you help clients navigate financial queries, account issues, and product information, ensuring they receive outstanding service and support tailored to their needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service in Danish via phone, email, and chat regarding finance-related inquiries
• Assist customers with questions about financial products, account management, and transactions
• Resolve client issues and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner
• Document all customer interactions accurately within our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt and effective resolution of complex inquiries
• Gather and relay customer feedback to enhance client services and products
• Stay informed about industry trends and regulations to provide knowledgeable assistance

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish and English, with excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on problem resolution
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the finance industry, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities
• Interest in finance and helping customers achieve their financial goals
• Familiarity with financial products and customer support software is a plus
