French Speaking Customer Service for Telecommunications industry

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated French Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's Telecommunications team. In this pivotal role, you will deliver exemplary support to our French-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to telecommunications products and services.

Your fluency in French will be instrumental in helping clients with technical support, billing inquiries, and service plans. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers have a seamless experience with our telecommunications offerings.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service in French through phone, email, and chat for telecommunications-related inquiries
• Assist customers with technical support, plans, billing questions, and service options
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
• Document all customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
• Gather customer feedback to help improve our products and services
• Stay updated on telecommunications trends and offerings to provide informed support

Requirements

• Fluency in French and English, with excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service abilities with a focus on problem-solving
• Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the telecommunications industry, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries and task efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Genuine interest in telecommunications and helping customers with their needs
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
