German Speaking Customer Service for Automotive Department

Mercier Consultancy is on the lookout for a dedicated German Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Automotive Department. In this integral role, you will provide exceptional support to our German-speaking clients, helping them with inquiries related to our automotive services and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Your fluency in German will enable you to effectively communicate with clients and assist them in navigating our offerings. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in fostering customer satisfaction and trust within the automotive sector.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in German regarding automotive services via phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with booking services, providing product information, and addressing any issues they may encounter
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests in our CRM system
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns
• Educate customers on our automotive products and services
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve service delivery
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on industry trends and our offerings

Requirements

• Fluency in both German and English, with excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving capabilities
• Prior experience in customer service, ideally within the automotive industry, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Passion for the automotive industry and a commitment to enhancing customer experiences
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
