Nordic Speaking Customer Support for Transportation Services Department

Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer a position for a Nordic Speaking Customer Support Representative within our Transportation Services Department! In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our Nordic-speaking clients, delivering exceptional support and guidance related to their transportation inquiries. Your fluency in Nordic languages will allow you to effectively assist customers and ensure a seamless experience.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy a fast-paced environment and have a passion for helping others. You will work closely with clients to address their concerns, provide information, and resolve issues, all while contributing to a collaborative team focused on outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) via phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with questions about transportation services, routes, and schedules
• Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to address and solve client issues
• Provide detailed information on service options and logistics
• Gather client feedback to aid in service improvement
• Engage in training sessions to enhance your knowledge of our services

Requirements

• Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) and English, both written and verbal
• Prior experience in customer support, preferably within the transportation or logistics field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• A proactive approach toward ensuring customer satisfaction
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with customer support software and tools
