Job Role: Sales Development Representative (004 - 00272)
Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.
Compensation range: up to 1,800 AUD / Month
Contract Type: Independent Contractor Agreement; Remote

Who The Client Is:
The company is an established all-in-one Reputation management and local SEO SaaS platform for local service business in Australia.
The company has a large customer base of local Australian businesses and is projected to triple growth in 2026.
You will be provided hands-on sales training and mentorship to ensure success.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to conduct outbound calls to Australian businesses, generate interest, qualify prospects, and book qualified discovery/demo calls with the founder.
This is a contractor position — you’ll have the flexibility to manage your own time, with calls generally made during Australian business hours to maximise connection rates.
What You’ll Do
- Make pure outbound calls to targeted prospects from a provided lead list
- Use provided templates and training materials to introduce Company’s value proposition
- Qualify prospects against our Good Fit Customer Profile (training provided)
- Book qualified discovery/demo calls into the founder’s calendar
- Record activities, notes, and outcomes in HubSpot CRM
- Follow up on no-shows and rebook where possible
KPIs & Expectations (minimum performance targets)
- 2 qualified meetings booked per day
- 40 qualified meetings booked per month (must meet Good Fit criteria)
- 200 outbound calls per day
Engagement & Compensation
- $1,800 AUD base salary
- $400 monthly performance bonus (for 40 booked meetings)
- $50 per secured deal (the founder closes the deals)
- Potential annual OTE of $40,000
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of pure outbound sales experience
- Demonstrated results with measurable KPIs:
- Calls per day
- Meetings booked
- Target ICP / type of product sold
- Quota achievement
- Show rate and close rate (if available)
- Strong track record in cold calling and prospecting
- Experience with SMB-focused sales in Western markets
- Familiarity with sales tools: CRM (HubSpot preferred), VoIP phone systems, productivity apps
