Spanish Speaking Customer Service for Hospitality & Tourism industry

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team focused on the Hospitality & Tourism industry. In this essential role, you will provide exceptional support to our Spanish-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to their hospitality experiences and travel needs.

Your fluency in Spanish will be crucial as you help customers navigate bookings, respond to service inquiries, and address any concerns they may have about their travel arrangements. Your role will not only be about resolving customer issues but also about creating positive experiences that encourage repeat business in this vibrant industry.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service in Spanish via phone, email, and chat regarding hospitality and tourism inquiries
• Assist customers with booking accommodations, transportation, and tourism activities
• Handle customer issues and complaints efficiently and with empathy
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with hospitality partners to ensure seamless service delivery
• Gather and relay customer feedback to enhance our service offerings and operations
• Stay current on trends in the hospitality and tourism industries to provide knowledgeable support

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Experience in customer service, particularly within the hospitality or tourism sectors, is preferred
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries while maintaining a high level of service quality
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• A genuine passion for travel and hospitality, with a desire to help customers enjoy their experiences
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
