Android Mobile Software Engineer

We are seeking experienced Android Mobile Engineers with strong expertise in Kotlin to contribute to innovative AI-driven research initiatives. In this role, you will apply your mobile engineering skills to develop and validate coding benchmarks that reflect real-world Android development practices. Your work will directly support the advancement of next-generation intelligent systems.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and validate coding benchmarks using Kotlin.
• Curate development tasks, reference solutions, and test suites from real-world Android repositories.
• Implement comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure solution accuracy and reliability.
• Debug, optimize, and document benchmark code for reproducibility and scalability.
• Provide structured, technical feedback on solution design, code quality, and adherence to Android engineering best practices.

Ideal Qualifications:

• 3–10 years of professional experience as an Android Engineer, either in a top-tier tech company or as an independent mobile developer.
• Deep proficiency in Kotlin, with a strong grasp of Android SDKs and development tools.
• Proven experience in debugging, testing, and validating Android applications.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate technical insights clearly.

Project Details:

• Start Date: Immediate
• Duration: 1 month
• Commitment: Part-time (15–20 hours/week)
• Work Mode: Fully remote and asynchronous – flexible working hours

Compensation & Contract:

• Rate: $90 per hour + performance-based bonuses per approved task (each task takes approximately 1 hour)
• Median total pay (including bonuses): ~$200/hour
• Contract Type: Independent contractor
• Payments: Processed daily via Stripe Connect
