Key Responsibilities

Growth Experiments & Funnel Optimization

  • Plan and execute experiments to drive signups, activations, and conversions across channels such as LinkedIn, X (Twitter), communities, email, SEO, and affiliate partnerships.
  • Analyze funnel performance using tools like Mixpanel or GA4, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities to increase conversion.
  • Run structured A/B tests across landing pages, lead magnets, and pricing pages to improve conversion rates.
  • Manage the affiliate program end-to-end — including partner onboarding, engagement, campaign assets, performance tracking, and payout workflows.
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers, creators, agencies, and educators to expand partner-driven acquisition.
  • Develop campaign assets and content kits that empower partners to promote effectively.
  • Scale paid acquisition campaigns on Google Ads and Meta platforms, optimizing for user growth and ROI.
  • Conduct keyword research to uncover high-intent, low-competition search opportunities.

What You Bring

  • 2–4 years of relevant growth marketing experience
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities for landing pages, emails, and partner communication
  • Proficiency in data analytics using GA4, Mixpanel, Looker Studio, or similar tools
  • Experience leveraging no-code/low-code tools (e.g., Webflow, Framer, Airtable, HubSpot, Zapier)
  • A creative, curious, and experiment-driven mindset with a passion for iterative learning

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with creator-led growth or community-driven acquisition
  • Background in AdTech, MarTech, or AI-based marketing tools
  • Exposure to global DTC or marketing agency ecosystems
