We are looking for a skilled Java Backend Developer to design, develop, and deliver robust enterprise-grade solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot, with experience spanning the full software development lifecycle from development to production.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based backend solutions for enterprise applications.
• Build and optimize Spring Boot applications for high performance and scalability.
• Work with SQL databases, designing efficient queries and ensuring data integrity.
• Participate in enterprise-level architecture, including microservices and VM-based environments.
• Apply basic Linux skills to support application deployment and troubleshooting.
• Engage with AI and Generative AI concepts, including prompt engineering, token management, cost optimization, caching strategies, and establishing guardrails.
• Troubleshoot RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) applications and resolve related issues effectively.
• Ensure end-to-end solution delivery, collaborating across development, testing, and production teams.
• Work with Microsoft-based architectures and traditional enterprise systems, such as Tomcat environments.

Required Skills

• Strong Java backend development experience.
• Proficiency in Spring Boot framework.
• Solid experience with SQL databases and query optimization.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and enterprise-scale systems.
• Understanding of AI/Generative AI concepts, prompt engineering, and RAG applications.
• Basic Linux administration skills.
• Knowledge of VM-based enterprise environments and application deployment.
