About the Role
We are seeking an adaptable, commercially minded Senior FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team and play a critical role in driving financial insight, performance, and decision-making across the business. This is a true business-partnering role, working closely with senior leaders to deliver high-quality forecasting, analysis, and strategic support.
You’ll bring strong analytical capability, confidence in engaging with stakeholders, and a passion for turning data into actionable insights.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will lead budgeting, forecasting, and reforecasting activities, ensuring financial plans are accurate, timely, and aligned to business strategy. You’ll deliver insightful management reporting, analyse performance drivers, and clearly communicate risks and opportunities to senior stakeholders.
You will build and maintain and scale robust financial models to support business cases, investment decisions, and scenario analysis. Partnering closely with leaders across the organisation, you’ll provide commercial advice, challenge assumptions constructively, and support key strategic initiatives.
This role responds to the changing demands of a changing business and helps shape the commercial outcomes.
You’ll also contribute to continuous improvement across FP&A processes, reporting, and systems, helping to streamline, automate, scale and enhance how financial insights are delivered.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
You’re an experienced FP&A or commercial finance professional with a strong track record in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling. You’re comfortable working in complex, fast-paced environments and confident engaging with senior stakeholders.
You’ll bring advanced Excel skills, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to translate financial data into clear, meaningful insights. Experience with BI, RPA and visualisation tools such as Power BI is highly regarded.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or management accounting
- CA / CPA qualified (or near completion)
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering or a related discipline that values data analytics and data manipulation.
- Experience in an IT consultancy or professional services setting is highly regarded
