The Senior Software Developer will lead the design, development, and optimization of enterprise-grade software solutions. This role requires deep expertise in C#, .NET Core, and MS SQL, along with strong architectural and problem-solving capabilities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable, secure, and high-performance systems while providing technical leadership to the development team.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of automation tools and frameworks using C# to enhance IT and business processes.
• Architect, develop, and manage MS SQL databases, ensuring high performance through advanced T-SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, and automation scripts.
• Automate deployments, configuration management, and routine database workflows to increase efficiency and consistency.
• Collaborate with teams across IT, Automation, and Projects to gather requirements and deliver scalable, integrated software solutions.
• Provide technical leadership through code reviews, best-practice guidelines, and mentoring junior team members.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across applications, automation tools, and databases.
• Maintain detailed documentation covering software design, processes, and deployment standards.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to contribute to continuous improvement of software systems.

Skill Set

• Programming: Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC/Web API, and OOP principles.
• Database: Advanced expertise in MS SQL Server, including data modeling, optimization, T-SQL scripting, stored procedures, and triggers.
• Architecture: Understanding of microservices, RESTful APIs, multi-tier design, and cloud deployments (Azure/AWS).
• Version Control & CI/CD: Hands-on experience with Git, GitHub/GitLab, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Testing & Quality: Familiarity with unit testing, debugging, code reviews, VAPT, and CFR21 compliance.
• Security: Knowledge of secure coding practices, ISO 27001 standards, and documentation protocols.
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical and optimization skills for large-scale applications.
• Collaboration: Excellent communication, cross-functional coordination, and leadership capabilities.
• Preferred: Experience integrating software with PLC/SCADA systems, IoT gateways, and external APIs.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 6–10 years of professional experience in C# development and MS SQL database management.
